Our Mission
Soy la Esperanza (SLE) staff co-develops essential tools with schools and their communities to transform the learning experiences of their diverse student populations. We empower and collaborate with school teams and leaders to design educational spaces where all students are able to thrive.

To empower school teams through the use of strategic planning tools to support the development of the students they serve.
To develop the capacity of school teams to provide support to diverse student populations, with a focus on leaders of colors in traditionally underserved schools and communities.
To inspire innovation that leads to the success of diverse learners.
