School/ District Leader Coaching

Soy La Esperanza Coaches work closely with your school and/or district leaders to support them in improving their school communities. The support that the school/district receives is designed within the context of the community being served, as there is no cookie-cutter approach that is 100% transferable from one community to another. We believe in understanding communities deeply because employing culturally responsive practices requires us to assess and understand the historical circumstances that have shaped each local education landscape wherein we are working. Coaches are able to co-design instructional visits, facilitate workshops, and provide feedback to school leaders on how to improve their school communities. Services can be provided in person and/or virtually depending on the needs of your community.
